  1. How do I get permission to use your cartoons?
    I offer nonexclusive reproduction rights to my cartoons, which means that you may use them in your publication or presentation, but that you will not own the cartoons. I retain copyright and may sell reprints of the same cartoon elsewhere.

    Please email me regarding the usage you have in mind. I personally answer all inquiries. You'll receive my personal attention from the first e-mail to the delivery of your cartoons. top

  2. How much does it cost?
    The rates I charge are listed on my     cartoon rates page. top

  3. How do I make a payment?
    I accept payments preferably via     PayPal, a safe and secure online payment system which accepts most major debit and credit cards. It's faster than a bank, it's free, and you do NOT need to sign-up with PayPal to pay with your credit card.
    I also accept checks. Orders paid by check will ship once payment clears. top

  4. Will the cartoons you send me have the watermark "Cartoons may only be used with permission"?

    Yes, but I charge an additional fee for color art. Please     contact me regarding the usage you have in mind and I will quote a rate for color cartoons. top

    Yes it is, but this is how I make a living -- or at least I try to!     top

    I ordinarily send out cartoons within a few hours after receiving an order.

    Please remember that I'm in Milan, Italy and you might have to consider the time difference if you're in a big hurry and you're placing the order from another country. top

    Yes, I will be happy to discuss a cartoon drawn specifically for your upcoming project.     top

    Sorry, I do charge a fee for presentation or publication use of my work. The rates are listed on my     cartoon rates page. top

    Yes, I'll be glad to discuss any of these uses with you.
    Some of my cartoons are already available on t-shirts, mugs and mouse pads. To see some samples, please check my     t-shirts page. top

  13. When you send me a cartoon, what file format will it be in?
    Most people prefer a 300 dpi JPEG file for print use, and a 72 dpi GIF file for use in a presentation or website. However, if you need the cartoon in another format (PICT, EPS, PSD, or TIFF), I will be happy to convert the image to that file format. I use Adobe Photoshop© on a Mac, but I can provide the cartoons in PC file formats as well.
